Education
My knowledge wasn’t built in a classroom — it was earned through years of hands-on experience, constant problem-solving, and an unshakable commitment to learning by doing.

I began my career as an IT Support Technician, focused on solving everyday technical issues and keeping users connected. Over time, my curiosity, persistence, and drive to understand every layer of technology led me to take on larger challenges — from configuring networks and securing data systems to building scalable infrastructure.

Through dedication and adaptability, I eventually grew into managing an entire IT department single-handedly, overseeing every aspect of technology for the organization — infrastructure design, cybersecurity, server administration, vendor relations, and long-term planning. That experience taught me that true IT leadership isn’t just about maintaining systems; it’s about building longevity, aligning technology with business strategy, and enabling growth through intelligent design.
